What this is
Most lead platforms charge you per lead, hand you a category bucket, and leave you to call the homeowner cold. AskBaily is the opposite. Baily scopes the project in the homeowner's voice, then sends you a structured scope with cost range, timeline, permit flags, and (when offered) photos. You call the homeowner with the scope already in hand.
Who we're opening to
- LA county-based general contractors with clean CSLB records
- Minimum $1M general liability + workers' comp insurance
- Demonstrable LA portfolio (photos, addresses, permit numbers)
- Specialties in at least one of: ADU, kitchen, bath, full home, wildfire rebuild, seismic retrofit, green building
Pricing model (preview)
Per-scope, not per-lead. You only pay when Baily routes a scoped project to you and you accept it. If the scope isn't a fit for your shop, decline and you owe nothing. No subscriptions, no monthly platform fees.
