What we collect

What you say in the chat. Messages, photos, session metadata. Used to scope your project and respond to you.
Contact info you share. Phone number, email, first name. Stored so Netanel and the NPLD team can reach you.
Anonymous technical data. Page views, device type, referring site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first.

What we don't do

We don't sell your info to other contractors. AskBaily isn't a lead marketplace. Your info goes to one licensed LA builder: NP Line Design.
We don't use cookies for ad tracking. We use a single localStorage key (askbaily_session_id) so Baily can continue your chat across visits.
We don't publicly expose your photos to other homeowners. Uploads are private and used only by Baily to scope your specific project.

How long we keep things

Chat transcripts and scope drafts: up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Photos: 30 days by default, 1 year if you opt in to “keep my scope.” Contact info in Mautic/EspoCRM is retained as long as NPLD has an active relationship with you, then auto-purged per our internal retention schedule.

California rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal info. Email [email protected]. We respond within 45 days.

TCPA / SMS consent

When you text (818) 605-1388 or provide your phone in the chat, you consent to receive SMS/iMessage replies from AskBaily and NP Line Design. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
