AskBaily is a state-approved CE provider.
Live in 7 states: California, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, New York, Texas, Washington.
Your license renewal requires continuing-education hours. AskBaily teaches the courses, grades the quiz, issues the certificate, and submits it to your state board — in that order, in one session. No faxing paper certificates. No calling the board three weeks later to confirm they received it.
Why pros use AskBaily for CE
No paper trail, no lost fax
On API boards (CSLB, CCB, L&I, TDLR, NCLBGC) AskBaily POSTs your certificate within 60 seconds. Email-submission boards pick up the nightly batch. Either way, you don't touch it.
Before you're late, not after
Baily tracks your renewal cycle and messages you 90, 60, 30, and 7 days out. By the time your license comes up for renewal, your CE hours are already banked.
Goes straight on your Schedule C
Every AskBaily CE enrollment produces a paid-invoice receipt with the IRS-compliant line items. Download at tax time.
Never teach you a superseded rule
State codes shift every three years. AskBaily's regulatory content team refreshes each course within 30 days of a code cycle change, so you're always learning the rule that will apply on your next plan-check.

FAQ
- Will my state accept this course for license renewal?
- Yes — AskBaily is listed as an approved CE provider in California (CSLB), Florida (CILB + HVHZ regional boards), Nevada (NSCB), North Carolina (NCLBGC, piggy-backed on EPA for RRP), New York (DOB LL97 listed provider portal), Texas (TDLR voluntary-provider), and Washington (L&I + CCB). Each course page shows the approved-provider ID for the relevant board — you can confirm that number directly on the state board's website.
- How long does board submission take?
- For boards with a modern API (CSLB, CCB, L&I, TDLR, NCLBGC) the course completion flows to the board within 60 seconds of passing the quiz. For email-submission boards (CILB HVHZ supplements, NSCB pool-barrier addendum) submission lands in the next batch email, which runs twice daily. You get a copy of the board response stored in your AskBaily Pro account under Education → Certificates.
- Can I get a refund if I fail the quiz or change my mind?
- Yes. You can retake the quiz unlimited times within 30 days of purchase — no re-purchase required. If you decide the course isn't right for you, a full refund is available within 14 days as long as you haven't yet submitted a passed quiz to the state board (state-board submissions are non-reversible once filed).
- Is the certificate transferable to another pro in my company?
- No. CE credits are issued to an individual license holder, not to a business entity. Each pro in your company needs their own AskBaily Pro login and completes their own coursework. This matches the state-board rule — a CE certificate is always tied to a named license holder.
- What about multi-state pros — do I pay once per state?
- Most courses are approved in a single state. The EPA Lead RRP Refresher is approved across all 7 states we cover, so a single completion counts for renewal in any of them. AskBaily Pro's $99/month subscription covers unlimited course enrollments across every state you're licensed in — a single subscription covers a pro licensed in CA + TX + FL, for example.
