Will my state accept this course for license renewal?
Yes — AskBaily is listed as an approved CE provider in California (CSLB), Florida (CILB + HVHZ regional boards), Nevada (NSCB), North Carolina (NCLBGC, piggy-backed on EPA for RRP), New York (DOB LL97 listed provider portal), Texas (TDLR voluntary-provider), and Washington (L&I + CCB). Each course page shows the approved-provider ID for the relevant board — you can confirm that number directly on the state board's website.
How long does board submission take?
For boards with a modern API (CSLB, CCB, L&I, TDLR, NCLBGC) the course completion flows to the board within 60 seconds of passing the quiz. For email-submission boards (CILB HVHZ supplements, NSCB pool-barrier addendum) submission lands in the next batch email, which runs twice daily. You get a copy of the board response stored in your AskBaily Pro account under Education → Certificates.
Can I get a refund if I fail the quiz or change my mind?
Yes. You can retake the quiz unlimited times within 30 days of purchase — no re-purchase required. If you decide the course isn't right for you, a full refund is available within 14 days as long as you haven't yet submitted a passed quiz to the state board (state-board submissions are non-reversible once filed).
Is the certificate transferable to another pro in my company?
No. CE credits are issued to an individual license holder, not to a business entity. Each pro in your company needs their own AskBaily Pro login and completes their own coursework. This matches the state-board rule — a CE certificate is always tied to a named license holder.
What about multi-state pros — do I pay once per state?
